Netlink Technology operate an ITIL compliant Service Desk for strategy, design, transition and operations to provide continual service improvement.  All our support cases, incidents and projects are logged, monitored and escalated appropriately, to ensure that an engineer with the appropriate skill set is working on that particular job as quickly as possible.

When you need an issue resolved quickly, Netlink Technology have the tools needed to logon and resolve the issue quickly.  Whether you are at home, in the office, or about to start that important meeting, Netlink Technology can login to your computer to assist, anywhere in the world with an internet connection.  Don’t worry if you don’t have an internet connection though, we can still help you over the phone!

Netlink Technology proactively monitor your IT infrastructure remotely, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We monitor your internet connection, server uptime, network services, security threats, as well as your website and e-mail systems.  Our monitoring systems alert our engineers as soon as an issue is detected, so we can act on it as quickly as possible.  This helps resolve issues with your network promptly, keeping your systems up at all times.

Viruses and malware are a very serious threat to businesses and it is very important to ensure that your network is secure against such treats.  Netlink Technology manage the software patching process for your systems, ensuring that all antivirus definitions are applied daily, and that operating system and software patches are tested and deployed within an agreed time frame.

Research has shown that 93% of businesses that experience significant data loss go out of business within 5 years.  Failing to have a robust backup and disaster recovery plan puts your data, and your business, at risk.  Netlink Technology work with clients to put together a backup and disaster recovery plan, which is tested regularly and reviewed annually.  Netlink Technology then monitor all backup systems daily to ensure that they were successful, notifying you if any issues occur, resolving them immediately to ensure further backups are not affected.

Netlink Technology work with all clients to put together an IT Roadmap.  We start from the point where they are at now, to where they want to be within the next 5 years and put together a plan on how best to achieve this, making recommendations along the way.  We then review this annually to ensure we are on track and to ensure all the clients goals are met within appropriate timescales.
